Sand sliding through my toes whilst I stare into the embedded hues of blue and red spread across the sky
An early morning rise and an energetic spirit has me set on a journey of peace, tranquility and purposeful intent
Beaches are awe inspiring because they simply exist to please the senses..all 5:
Sight enhanced by visual paint blots of God's touch
Smell enriched by the purity of salty water rushing toward me
Touch stimulated by the crisp morning air flowing around my body
Taste surprised by the minute blend of salt water and early morning dew
Hearing pleased by audible sounds of seagulls in flight soaring through the brilliant skies
These moments are cherished, consumed, mentally logged and referenced during times when this precious place eludes me
Thinking of this lovely place replaces any negative energy that may attempt a peak into my mind, body or soul
This is MY sanctuary and each of us needs our own "getaway" to remember youthful pleasures when adult responsibilities seem to overly consume us....unlock your inner child and remember what it was to enjoy life in its simplicity
Be blessed, live strong, love yourself and remember the quality of humility
