Entwined Spirits - An Olde Tale

Beating on an old drum a man created a song that stirred hearts and lifted spirits.  Day after day he would play to the masses and they would swoon to his magical sound. Soon a young lad sat beside him and copied his sound and it reminded him of the tiny lad he once knew...so he taught him a chord or two.  The young lad and old man played and played and surprising to the elder the young lad stayed

Their music was rich with laughter and hope and here and there the young lad spoke.  His words were of old, strong and yet bold but the elder knew not of these stories he told.  The old man paused and stared then gave a slight glare wanting to know from which direction he bared.  The lad replied "Here and there without worry nor care but you are the first to quench my thirst.  To sit in the sun has been joyous and fun but your lessons and care and words that you share is why I no longer wander from here nor there".

Together they laughed and loved on life, bending their fate, increasing their sight; about lessons of old through stories they told whiles masses created but never abated.  To their humbling surprise they both grew quite wise all while strumming a song on an elders old drum.  As looking down a mountain of gold, the elder looked at the young lads soul.  All this was due cause a young lad knew that the questions of life could be starry and bright

The moral becomes we wish and we strum
Tho each day we strive we increase our lives
Cause in each lesson we share we demonstrate care
And life can only get better
